A senior partner for the person running everything.
Calendar, travel, events, and personal logistics for founders, investors, and small firms. Nearly 20 years supporting C-suite leaders, most recently in private equity, with AI workflows that make it all faster.
Take it off your plate, and keep it off
Monthly retainers for ongoing support, and per-event projects for conferences and offsites.
Calendar and time management
- Inbox and calendar cleanup in week one
- Scheduling rules and protected focus time
- A short daily or weekly priorities brief
- Meeting prep and follow-up notes
Events and conferences
- Offsites, conferences, board meetings, all-hands
- Venue, hotel blocks, vendors, and budget tracking
- Attendee tracking and a live run-of-show
- Agendas that stay accurate when the day shifts
Travel and aviation logistics
- Multi-day itineraries and travel packets
- Private aviation and car service coordination
- Expense report cleanup
Personal support
- Personal calendar and appointments
- Family and vacation travel
- Gifts, parties, and personal events
- Home projects and vendor coordination
AI sits underneath all of it. It handles first drafts and sorting, and I review everything before it reaches you.
Here is how I work
Two examples. The first uses a fictional client. The second is a real project described without names, vendors, or financials.
From 40 overnight emails to a short morning brief
I sorted a fictional founder's overnight inbox into decisions, replies, calendar conflicts, updates, and archive. Each item gets a recommendation or a drafted reply, and the brief opens with what to do first.
Fictional client and sample data. Ask me for the full brief and the original inbox as PDFs.
- Call Carla Mendes. She wants to talk to you, not support, about yesterday's outage.
- Approve the Senior Engineer offer by noon. The candidate has a competing offer.
- Approve the press quote by 3:00 PM after one edit.
A two-day executive conference, planned in six weeks
I took over a two-day conference for a middle-market private equity firm about six weeks out. During the same stretch I ran two weeks of quarterly board meetings, covered for a colleague on leave, and kept supporting my deal team. The event ran on schedule and finished early.
Venue and budget
Compared hotels, negotiated the room block, tracked attrition deadlines, and built the budget for the person approving it, with the decision item first.
Attendees and agenda
One tracker as the source of truth. An agenda chained so every start time matches the durations, then re-timed live as sessions ran long.
Deck and day-of
Collected slides from 15 companies and several internal speakers into one branded deck, then ran the live schedule.
The playbook
A phased countdown, checklists, and templates, so next year starts from a baseline instead of from scratch.
Simple to start, easy to stop
A short conversation
We talk for 20 to 30 minutes about what is eating your week. I tell you plainly whether I can help and how.
A two-week pilot
I take on one clear piece of work, such as your inbox and calendar. You see the results before committing to anything larger.
An ongoing retainer
A monthly set of hours that fits your life, with a simple agreement covering confidentiality and 30 days' notice.
Hi, I'm Sara
I'm the person who makes your calendar make sense, your travel run smoothly, and your event look effortless. It wasn't effortless. I just made it look that way.
I've spent nearly 20 years as the right hand to founders, C-suite leaders, and partners across private equity, media, automotive, and agribusiness. I stay calm when things get loud, and I keep confidential information confidential.
From pro wrestling to private equity, I've supported the people who run very different worlds, and I adapt to each one fast. Founders, owners, executives, live-event talent, and everyone in between.
I'm also a lot of fun to work with. I believe the best partnerships are built on trust, good humor, and someone who always has the next three steps figured out.
I run this practice remotely from Lexington, Kentucky, for founders, investors, and small firms that want a true partner without a full-time hire.
